Author notes
Following in the footsteps of Y3sMan, I do not care what you do with this mod, just credit YeOldeDragons for everything.
File credits
YeOldeDragons - For creating the mod <3 Extra credits for doing it in such a simple manner even I could understand it! Y3sMan - Didn't ask for credits, but looking at those lists... That must've taken a while to fill!

Changelogs
Version 0.1.1
Removed Memory Books since they kept getting looted over and over again. I suspect these books don't actually disappear, instead they only become invisible when looted. Might or may not try to re-implement.
Version 0.1
Initial upload.
Want to make a new playthrough, but too tired of climbing and searching for ice claws again? Currently there are two options, iHarvest and YeOlde Hybrid Loot - Enderal, where iHarvest does not harvest Ice Claws, and YeOlde Hybrid Loot has issues with cleptomania, an issue apparent as soon as you get to Riverville.
But, ice claws are never owned are they? So we can repurpose YeOlde to fill in the gap that iHarvest left :)
Credits: YeOldeDragons - For creating the mod in the first place :) Y3sMan - For doing all the legwork to port it to Enderal.
The changes I did were only removing all entries to the FormList for plants that Y3sMan ported and adding back Ice Claws.
I also added Memory Books, Knowledge Books and Skillpoint Books (not the ones increasing your skills, but the ones that give +2 Skill Points), since those three are all collectibles one could easily run past.
Installation instructions are the same as for YeOlde Hybrid Loot - Enderal: 1. Install the original mod, YeOlde - Hybrid Loot 2. Install this mod and let this mod overwrite it, that is, put it after the original in the load order.
I strongly recommend running this on AutoLoot with a high radius, a 1-2 second timer and to only loot 1 item at a time, we're only looking for 4 types of items with a quite limited supply anyway.
Hopefully it can also be modified to loot souls, since iirc there is one you could miss and never get.
