    I don't get it. A buff should increase the effect, no?
    0.75 would lessen it by 25% and 1 would keep it as it is. Or am I missing something?

      EGO reduces the effect to 0.5.

    Before this mod, ice claws stopped working at 400 max limit. I can't tell if this works. Without this mod, I've done about 3-5 claws and nothing happens. I have EGO Installed. I have 4 claws in inventory.
