Let your health regenerate over time.
This mod will add a new ring to the game. The ring will regenerate your health over time, like it does in vanilla Skyrim.
You may find it as random medium-tier loot (starting from player level 1) and you will be able to buy it from vendors of mythic items.
This will remove the need to use food and lessen the need for health potions and spells which will poison you over time. Both of which make Enderal a bit annoying for me, but that's my preference - If you like the way Enderal handles these principles, then this mod is not for you, obviously.

PS: If you don't find any loot or you can't afford to buy one from the vendors, you can add it to the console manually, using help "Health Regeneration" in the console and then player.additem (look it up if you don't know how additem works).
