I won't release a version for EGO without the spell package. I highly recommend using the spell package.
This mod adds all the legal spell books (no Entropy/Psionic) to the vendor in the noble quarter of Ark. (Emberlord)
The highest level of spellbooks are still only available after having level 15 and 20.
With EGO and the Spell Package the randomness sometimes didn't feel good because there were too many spells. The chance that she didn't sell the books the player wanted was very high.
