Fixes an issue with SkySA and Enderal perks.

Compatibility patch for EGO SE and SkySA or MCO.
SkySA/MCO removes directional power attacks and therefore some perks no longer work. This mod fixes that problem.
This is for EGO only. I may release a vanilla Enderal version at some point but no promises.
Vandal: Hawk Thrust/Blade Dancer: Sprint Thrust
No longer requires power attacks. It now works with all attacks made while sprinting. (This is a clear buff to the perk which is okay since it wasn't that strong in the first place)
Vandal: Unwavering
Before: Backwards power attacks with two-handed weapons knock the target back.
After: If you're at full health your power attacks with two-handed weapons knock the target back.
Includes an optional patch if you use EGO SE - KataPUMB Hidden Talents (install in addition to the main file)
