   The True Storms replacer esp from this mod has bunch of errors in SSEedit.Mostly "Could not be resolved" .
   Edit: I'm also getting interior rain sounds (rain hitting the roof) while in the Undercity.

   I had some trouble installing it so I made some new instructions.
   Here is how to install it properly:
   Diverse weather ( main file, https://www.nexusmods.com/enderalspecialedition/mods/70
   True Storms (Skyrim mod main file: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2472 )
   Enderal SE True Storms ( Enderal version, pick the diverse weather file) https://www.nexusmods.com/enderalspecialedition/mods/203?tab=description )

      The original True Storms.esp contained weather edits with the same FormID as some Enderal References and therefore it overwrote/deleted them.

   Do you need diverse weather and this or diverse weather already include this mod?

      Check out the load order recommendation.
      Diverse Weathers has nothing to do with True Storms. You need Diverse Weathers and the Diverse Weathers version of this mod.

      I never really tested it but both mods shouldn't have a noticeable performance impact at all.

   One of my favorite mod in Skyrim thanks. Do you know if they are some incompatibility with  "Storm Lightening" and "Thunder Sounds - WizKid Mix" mods recommanded by STEAMIN ENB ?
   
   Nexus dont show any problem but it's strange isn't ?

      To my knowledge Storm Lightning is compatible and the other one should be too since it sounds like it only replaces the sound.

   do i need install true storm first and then this ? why i cant not direkt download this file ?

      You should use a proper mod manager like MO2. Order of installing things doesn't matter with a decent mod manager.
      I don't know what you mean by direct download.
