Loving this mod. I prefer playing TES games as a roguish archery-focused type, and the increased damage combined with the nice higher speeds is making Enderal a much more enjoyable game for me. Enderal's super low damage default arrows always made me feel like I was playing Legendary Difficulty in vanilla Skyrim, even though I was playing on Novice in Enderal.
Combined with the Skyrim Sneak mod this is a fabulous setup. Heartily Endorsed.
One issue I have, and I don't know if it is related to this mod, relates to phasmalism. If I try to pick up an arrow that has been shot by my apparition I get an immediate crash to desktop. I am also using the Phasmalist 'Overhaul' mod.
I only use the 75% speed esp with the ini tweak. Works for me. I omitted the damage file since I got In-Game Equipment State Edit to work for me. Great job.

Cannot watch them arrows fly at a pedestrian's pace in vanilla.
Now they fly as they normally do.
