This mod allows the player to unlock all the locks just like skyrim, with the perks being there just to help make the process easier... just like skyrim.
This might be a cheat, and it very well could be, but having to waste precious perk points or books just to open a lock that has a ring inside?
NO.
And as quoted by fuzzybear:
You don't actually need perks to unlock locks, the game does a bad job of explaining it, but basically - to unlock adept locks you need 25 points in lockpicking or the perk - for expert you need 50 points or the perk - and master is 75 point or the perk
NOTE: This mod doesn't remove lockpicking. This mod just makes all locks pickable at any level.
