About this mod

A ReShade adding touches to the colours and other addition like bloom and some sharpening to Empyrion. More potential edits are to come.

This is my first time playing around and actually uploading a ReShade preset so something may look sloppy at first. I plan on eventually optimizing everything in the near future.

Issues/Inconvenience

It is currently unknown if Empyrion's anticheat system (Easy Anti-Cheat, I believe) trips if someone is using ReShade or another similar program.
Use with caution when entering into a server with an active anti-cheat.

The game during the night may appear relatively dark, you can press Shift + F2 to assign a key to toggle all ReShade effects.

I will not put DOF or ambient occlusion in the ReShade preset right now due to issue with Empyrion (possibly a depth buffer issue if I'm correct).

Other Thoughts

I will take requests, like doing aesthetic changes to how the lighting is, if I have the time to do so.

Installation

1. Download ReShade at https://reshade.me/

2. Install it by clicking on it and choosing the Empyrion.exe

3. Choose the directx version (I chose directx 10 as I think that's what empyrion runs on).

4. Install all of the effects

5. Place "Eaglemash's ReShade Preset.ini" into the main folder alongside the empyrion.exe

6. Run the game to insure proper installation

7. Press Shift + F2 to open up the menu for ReShade and pick "Eaglemash's ReShade Preset" in the drop down box

8. If the drop down box can't be found, view each tab in the menu until you find it

9. Done, Cheers!

Permissions

I do not want my file uploaded to other sites.

If you like my settings and decided to try to convert my preset to work on another game, that's fine. Just be sure to credit me for providing the original preset.

If you want to modify and fix my preset where I may have fell short, please ask me for permission first before doing so.
