Now I feel guilty about my typical strategy: monopolize the ivory trade....
It would be interesting if the slave trade was really worked into the economic mechanics: profits from the trade, boost to economies that use slaves (agriculture, increase in trade goods, slave armies a la Ottomans, other effects...), depression of economies (lower class gets poorer which might lead to increased emigration, middle class stagnates - maybe?, other effects...), various versions of civil unrest (slave revolts, abolition movements, economic unrest...). Obviously this seems beyond the scope of Total War....
I am looking forward to installing this mod, even if it is only aesthetic.

I think you need to change the search tag for this mod, because here on Nexus having a "Replacer" tag means that a vanilla texture is replaced with custom made texture.

So, I suggest that you use the "Gameplay changes" tag and I think that's a better search tag since this mod does just that changes the gameplay.

So both WhiskeySykes and I (yep, that's me Leonardo at TWC, since Leonardo was already taken on Nexus) convinced you start using Nexus as a reliable host.  Thanks for sharing, I'll try it soon.

Btw...  What mods is your mod compatible with, I assume it's with husserlTW's ETF and Bran Mac Born's Campaign AI mod?
