Strange, I still can't pickpocket from Claws members, and from the others it can take many tries. I place this mod as the only one in packed folder, and all is the same.

This sets each NPC's pickpocket difficulty to 0, but that doesn't mean the game will give you a free pass, it still have some inherited difficulty. For example if you have 3/3 perk you can now easily steal 2 items from anyone, but the 3rd might be a bust. If that bothers you, use Steal Everything.
Mod is based on the latest DX11 files. Works fine on DX12 too.
It works fine as a solo mod. Once you start using more mods then start merging them.
Combat Animations short answer: not really possible.
Combat Animations long answer: It's been awhile since I modded anything but I do remember wanting to have the Reaper of Souls with faster swings. The animations are basically hard set or just in the .exe so the only way was to add that Morkon perk and the Morkon guild. While that worked, the speed still wansn't delivered since you apparently have to set a health threshold at some Morkon shrine ingame, which can't be done just on the fly. I'm not sure how exactly that works since I haven't played the game that much but I had to scrap that idea.
The stamina can be done somehow. So far I managed to remove all combat stamina requirements. Now I'm trying to remove the movement stamina requirements as I remember those were somewhere in the game files too. I'll prolly upload it as a new mod, maybe someone else might use it too.
