for some reason as I level I can't use the attribute points they are all at 10 . new play through works fine. everything else works when I load the save all items and skills are there just can't increase the attributes
I know it's way late reply but still, I re-played Elex recently and tried also one of these saves, the one which claimed to have stats at 10 points but truth is, they were actually at 100. That's the reason why you were not able to raise them.
Actually, the game reads them as 10. I cannot wear any of the armor, as my stats are too low. However, I also cannot raise them, probably because the game ALSO reads them as higher.
Perhaps it might be useful to set them to 99, or even leave them at 33 or 66. Or 10.
That's the one I modified from max skilled save. I forgot to correctly reverse everything back to the initial state. It has been 2 years but I fixed it just in case a potential new player may want to try it out.
I am also working on a similar mod but better, when you start game you get directly the ending credits and than you can exit game, you are so OP you finish the game faster than you can blink, thats OP
I saw you post this comment all over the place - what's your problem with letting people play their games the way they like? Some people - like me - played through this game plenty of times (look at the timestamp). Maybe I would just like to re-enjoy the story and the general atmosphere of the world without the grind? Is it so hard to comprehend for you?

Is it at all possible for you to make a save file with just the Cleric tier 3 Armor (or all faction tier 3) in Jax’s inventory but everything else still starting stats/skills etc please?
