Some mods from elex 1 enchanned I do not need so I downloaded them separately. But your advice about the automatic build helped a lot, everything works. Baltram provided an explanation of elexresman in the forum post where you can download it.
I've seen that someone developed an auto merger of mods that is available in the game section, so you could try that.
