Doesn't work for me. Tried everything... even uninstall my other mods. (Moon Glasses; Overhaul plus + valuable Junk patcher; cold dialouge warner).
Edit: Maybe it is because I used german version for everything. It works kinda when every other mod isn't active but doesn't show me my "Cold / Kälte" numbers not even the text. It is just blank now.
Trying to figure out how to merge the en.str files for 'Cold Dialogue Warnings' and 'Elex - Skills Descriptions and More', but this is new for me, so having trouble..
You'll have to ask the modder who's responsible for "Cold Dialogue Warnings", because the changes in my mod are much bigger and we don't know what exactly was edited in his mod either.

The Enchant Weapon skill, Ice Aura says it slows enemy attack speed but I believe this enchantment is broken, in Elex Overhaul Plus it says that it's broken and he had to fix it by adding it increased damage for Q attack. 2. You say that PSI makes enemies attack your companions and ignore the player. How do you know that? Because as far as know PSI is also one of those effects that are kinda broken.
I'm not currently working on a mod, so I can't remember. However, in the future, if I feel the need for improvements, I may make a version for Overhaul PLUS.
There is incorrect description for the Heavy Weapons skill. That skill increases the damage 5% for each point, unlike Ranged Weapons which increases damage 10% for each point.
I'm not working on the mod anymore unfortunately, but I think it was 10%. If you have any proof that this is not the case, please provide it - if it agrees, it will be a fix.
Yes, but you have to delete the "localization" folder with "en.str" in Overhaul's .pak file beforehand. Use Elex Resource Manager for this. Two minutes of work.
This only applies to the English version, if you play the German or the Spanish - you don't have to do this.
This allows both mods to run, but wont all the weapon/armor stats in the UI be incorrect? Like if the overhaul mod changes a weapon stat and the en.str is modified to display that change, then deleting it and replacing it with the one from this mod means we will always see an incorrect UI stat.????

I'm not currently working on Elex mods, so it's hard to say.
But it's a cool idea, if there was a modder who would take it on, many players would be happy with such a mod.
Yes, and "Cold Dialogue Warnings" mod is removed from Nexus.
