Still using this shader in 2020 and if you think these screenshots look good you should try adding raytracing ontop of that like I have done; it's mind blowing to put it lightly.
I guess he means to add "Godrays" via ReShade menu. Many people mix up raytracing and godrays.

I have to correct myself after a quick Google search. There seems to be a ReShade plugin that claims to implement "ray tracing". It doesn't seem to work like real ray tracing. It rather adapts the colour of the environment to the respective conditions. I haven't tried it out because I don't subscribe to a monthly Patrion subscription of ~$5 for a ReShade plugin.
If the Reshade is crashing your game, follow this video tutorial step-by-step for a more updated installation guide:
The reason people's games are crashing is likely due to the fact that the mediafire version of Reshade v3.4.1 provided here is severely outdated, and no longer works alongside an updated Elder Scrolls Online client. Hope this helps, and I hope it is OK for me to post this here. :)
It works just fine. Also, Reshade 3.4.1 from the link does not cause crashes.
At first it doesn't seem to work because you need to go to Settings to make sure the shaders and textures are pointing to the proper file location. The default setting is looking in the "client" folder for the fx files. You'll see the following... Default Setting: (Game Location)\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client Edit it to look like the following... Proper Setting: (Game Location)\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\reshade-shaders\shaders
For textures have it point to the textures folder. \client\reshade-shaders\textures
Click the Reload button and everything should pop up.
Also, some reshade mods require specific versions because of the different supported features, so use what's recommended. Otherwise it might throw errors or flat out not work.
Keep getting FXAA compile error, tried updating it via the reshade installer, also tried overwriting it with the one included in the mod download. None of them compile for me? Says interpolator mismatch.
I know this is an old post, but for anyone still having this question (like I had). I am currently using the latest reshade version 4+. In it you open the reshade menu ingame with the ''home'' key. In the effects list on the left side is the name of the effect and on the right in the line of the effect is the key it's bind to (if it had a key binding). To change the key bind right click on the effect name, a small drop down menu appears, the first line in it is the effect name. You want the second line. It will either read what the key bind set is or if there is no key bind it will write ''Click to set keyboard shortcut''. To change it you click it and then press the key you want for it, if you want to remove it then click it and just press backspace. Hope this helped someone. Cheers!

It's been a long time coming boys. Enjoy.
Error loading the shader:
| ERROR | Failed to compile 'D:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\reshade-shaders\Shaders\MagicBloom.fx':
D:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\reshade-shaders\Shaders\MagicBloom.fx(90, 34): error X3082: int or unsigned int type required
What is happening? Thx ^^

Works with the latest version from https://reshade.me/
Love this preset but I wanted to know if there was a way to change the keybinds used to activate some of the effects?
I currently use my numpad keys for in-game actions (MMO Mouse) and my weapon swap activates the border as well as other numpad keys.
I am currently using the latest reshade version 4+.
