Just a hads-up for anybody looking at this right now, Foundry is completely out of date and is totally obsolete. It will NOT function with ESO after all of the updats made over the past few months. Wouldn't recommend this until the author returns from the grave and patches it.
The most up-to-date version can be found here: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info28-FoundryTacticalCombatFTC.html (Although even this would appear to be out of date at time of writing)
I get the message when at the character screen that this mod is out of date. Running the game with it active gives me the error message

You're not alone. I get the same "Out of Date" message (and associated errors) with this, UI2, Multi-Quest Tracker, and any of the "beautifier" mods, even if they are very recently added.
I've reinstalled everything, changed temp and download directories, etc. and nothing fixes it.
Anybody who wants to install this add-on should go on the internet site of the creators : Tamriel Foundry.
There, Foundry Tactical Combat was last updated on September 13, 2015. That's said, I don't know if it's still up to date or at least functional without error...
For when you unlock the frames, is there some way to make a target frame that stays visible even if you don't have a target? I can either have a target or move my cursor, but not both, it seems...
Same thing here. I could initially move the enemy's bar, but I didn't like where I put it. I was going to move it, but when I activate cursor mode in the UI, the bar disappears.
EDIT: OK, it seems that if I directly look at/target an enemy, the bar disappears in cursor mode, but if I have the enemy onscreen but I'm not directly targeting it, the enemy health bar is visible in cursor mode.
Much needed improvement of the crappy standard ui! Needs more configuration options though. hard to adjust things unless you're targeting something. Buff icons, SCT does not pop up as an adjustable feature either.
I have an error message in game when activating this mod
