you're wrong... reg bin modding-only sucks... mod managers are the best because you can easily use other mods with it.. while with reg bin modding you can only use ONE mod at a time...
You don't need to use ME3, the regulation.bin is still included in the download, so you can do whatever you want with in. But ME3 is the recommended method of loading mods, so providing the mod in a pre-defined ME3 setup just makes sense.
Ive tried the update with ME3 and just the regulation bin and neither of them work. The game opens and works normally, even the fov and ultrawide mods work, but the talisman doesnt appear.
Thank you for making this mod. I'm using it for practice, and it really helps. For the invulnerability part, personally I would prefer preventing death (e.g. revenant's ultimate) comparing to keeping full HP, so I can see how much damage I'm taking. Is it possible to make it that way? Thanks again.
I've tried the regulation.bin replace method. but it doesn't work. Do I have to also put the regulation.bin.prev also?
Edit: nvm, looks like i had to start a match and then you'll get the medallion. Thanks for the mod, it helps out with finishing annoying questlines lmao
i am able to get into the game by double clicking the tourist-mode.me3, but i am not getting any sound. Is there something that i am missing? any help would nice to solve this issue.
For those unfamiliar with this modengine thing the useful part of the docs (that kind of explains how it works) can be found by clicking the User Guide link in the navigation bar at https://me3.readthedocs.io/ It's easy to miss because it's not mentioned on the home page or in the Explore Further section.
