Any chances on buffing the ash of war 'Devourer of Worlds' on the Devourer's Scepter ? Not sure what parameters need to be changed but it could use the help !!!
I actually have some unpublished changes for that, but I'm not playing ER at the moment and I don't have it installed. I will probably add it somewhere in the future. If I recall correctly I was playing with extra damage over time, range and stagger for it.
Since this is a PvE balance mod can you restore the tracking that stars of ruin had before the nerf? I absolutely adore the way it looks but have a hard time justifying its use over star shower.

Just update entries in Bullets: 10422000 - 10422099. You are mostly interested in Homing Angle, but you can also take a look at other homing related fields like Homing Start/Stop Range.
Truth be told, I had a full caster playthrough not long ago, and from the moment I got close to 80 INT, Stars of Ruin and Founding Rain of Stars became my bread-and-butter spells. After getting to moderate Vigor, I totally neglected Mind (until 80 INT) and pushed INT hard. Later, I was catching up with Mind, of course.
But multi-hit spells, especially those two, were a really nice surprise. That being said, I feel that Stars of Ruin could use a range increase rather than a homing increase.
Truth be told, I feel it's already powerful enough. If there are any bugs, bonuses not applying, and so on, I will be happy to take a look. However, turning it into a giant nuke would make it quite overpowered, and that's not the direction I want to take this mod.
I've been thinking about this one a bit. I definitely don't want to turn it into a full arena nuke, but a few things could be improved. Regarding damage, poise damage, stagger, etc., I'll play around with it tomorrow. One behavior I would like to see is similar to 'Aspects of the Crucible: Bloom,' where it targets the enemy's location, ignoring any obstacles, and if you're unlocked, it's placed under your feet. The buff from 'Arrow's Reach Talisman' would also apply then increasing reach significantly. I'll take a look at how that's done and try to implement something similar.
it's um great really. But i wasn't really thinking about power or utility - it's the sheer beauty of radahn's version. His spell probably catches less than our sacred relic sword anyway..... it's the divine presentation that's so amazing.

Thanks! Yeah, I honestly assumed you felt it was underperforming and thought about fixing it by letting it go nuclear. And... after a bit of soulsearching, I also felt it wasn’t what I expected when I got it. Anyway, even if I missed the mark a bit, I hope it will bring someone some joy :?
Elden Stars também merece uma revisão. Um pouco mais de dano em ataques pequenos e/ou um aumento na duração. Um efeito sagrado de redução de resistência a dano para o inimigo atingido.
It may happen at some point, before that I will probably play with other stuff that I find more interesting. Draconic Incants, moving some weapons to different classes etc.
You've got me :D Though I also feel it fits for those weapons so there is no good reason to limit it to stabby sticks. Banished Knights run it with sword and board, and actually slam you with board ;)
