About mod:
Raises the starting stats of all of the classes.
HOW TO INSTALL:
To install this mod just drop regulation.bin into game folder, or any mod manager mods folder you use.
DONT USE IN ONLINE, BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD INSTALL ANTI CHEAT DISABLER FRON NEXUS.
