    Sadly not working with 1.08, Luckily you can just edit the current regulations.bin using the CSV he provided using Yapped Rune Bear

    I am using Vortex and this mod does not work!

    did you use yapped to do this? if so did you just changed the basic starter classes or did you add new ones? I'd like to learn how to add custom classes...
