About this mod
A list of changes that I believe make sense and a few other random things. Not all of these changes make complete sense, but they do make the game a little more fun for me. The mod version isn't listed, the 1.16 (or whatever number you see) is the game version it is for.

All Classes - excluding Wretch - have been given new things
All weapons that had altered movesets have been reverted to their vanilla movesets because of hitbox issues. When I figure out how to fix this, I will release that
Armaments
Serpent Bone Blade given Arcane scaling equal to its Dexterity scaling. Serpent Bone Blade given slightly increased base damage, higher poison build up, and bleed build up.
Current scaling: 10 STR, 75 DEX, 75 ARC
Stat Requirements: 11 STR, 17 DEX, 16 ARC
Dragonscale Blade given Faith scaling, increased Dexterity scaling slightly, decreased Strength scaling slightly. Dragonscale Blade now deals pure lightning damage.
Current scaling: 10 STR, 75 DEX, 75 FTH
Stat Requirements: 12 STR, 15 DEX, 17 FTH
All Perfume Bottle base damage (of their respective types) increased from 110 to 145 due to the Ash of War nerfs and inability to crit
Base damage of Smithscript Dagger and all affinities has been sharply increased - all elemental affinities are given the pure forms of said damage (such as Flame Art Smithscript Daggers deals pure Fire damage)
Given all affinities of Mantis Blade low additive Blood Loss, given the Blood affinity high additive Blood Loss as opposed to the low additive it had by default. Mantis Blade default ash of war is now changed to Swift Slash
Silver Mirrorshield and Dragonclaw Shield both given increased damage
Verdigris Greatshield given the No Skill AoW - the STR requirement to use it lowered from 49 to 35. In addition, the stability was increased from 82 to 89
Golden Greatshield given increased stability from 70 to 85
Fingerprint Stone Shield given increased stability from 77 to 90
Black Leather Shield given increased damage negation and increased stability from 44 to 75
Greatsword of Damnation given Madness build up. In addition to this, GoD now does pure holy damage
Crystal Knife buffed
Gargoyle’s Blackblade given pure holy damage and a passive to increase holy damage
Bloody Helice given fire damage and a passive to increase fire damage
Stormhawk Axe given pure lightning damage and a passive to increase lightning damage
Forked Tongue Hatchet given pure fire damage and a passive to increase fire damage
Crystal Spear given pure magic damage and a passive to increase magic damage
Vyke’s War Spear given pure fire damage
Barbed Staff Spear given pure holy damage and a passive to increase holy damage
Dragon Halberd given pure lightning damage and a passive to increase lightning damage, Dragon Halberd has also been given Faith scaling
Demi-Human Queen’s Staff has slightly lowered Intelligence scaling but has massively increased Faith scaling
Golden Order Seal has slightly increased Intelligence and Faith scaling and can now cast sorcery as well as incantations
Staff of the Great Beyond has slightly increased scaling
Clawmark Seal now given Dexterity scaling equal to that of the Strength scaling, now allowing Dexterity only builds to cast incantations
Astrologer’s Staff has decreased Intelligence scaling but has increased Strength and Dexterity scaling, making it the Clawmark Seal of Glintstone Staves. It now boosts Carian Sword sorcery, though the Intelligence scaling is still lower than that of the Carian Glintstone Staff
Carian Glintstone Staff has slightly increased Intelligence scaling and a slight amount of Dexterity scaling
Helpen’s Steeple now does split Physical and Fire damage instead of split Physical and Magic damage. Helphen’s Steeple now builds Frostbite. Finally, the weapon has been given Faith scaling equal to that of the Intelligence scaling due to the whole “ghostflame” thing
Current Scaling: 35 STR, 10 DEX, 50 INT, 50 FTH
Stat Requirements: 14 STR, 10 DEX, 20 INT, 20 FTH
Eclipse Shotel now does split Physical and Fire damage instead of split Physical and Holy damage. Eclipse Shotel now builds Frostbite. Finally, the weapon has been given Intelligence scaling equal to that of the Faith scaling due to the whole “ghostflame” thing. The Ash of War has been changed to Ghostflame Call
Current Scaling: 20 STR, 35 DEX, 45 INT, 45 FTH
Stat Requirements: 10 STR, 15 DEX, 17 INT, 17 FTH
Both Spirit Sword and Spirit Glaive have been given equal Intelligence and Faith scaling due to their Rancor/Ghostflame things
Death’s Poker has increased Intelligence scaling and now has Faith scaling matching the Intelligence scaling. The Strength and Dexterity scaling have both been lowered
All arrows given Enchanted Shot’s original tracking (note: this only applies to arrows and not great arrows… those have been left alone for now. Ashes of war aside from Enchanted Shot do not have tracking)
All arrows/great arrows/bolts/great bolts have increased damage - all great arrows now do 15 poise damage, and Igon’s Harpoons have the most damage because Igon is best boy <3
Gazing Finger has been modified into far more of a STR/FTH weapon - the INT scaling was removed, the INT requirement was removed, and the FTH scaling was sharply increased
Enchanted Shot AoW given SHARPLY increased homing. Like bro you are never dodging this, give up. Give up now. Right now
Ghostflame Torch given FTH scaling because it’s funny
Firespark Perfume Bottle given high Blood Loss build up
Multiple daggers given new crit multipliers, they are as follows:
- Misericorde > 145
- Reduvia > 135
- Crystal Knife > 155
- Celebrant’s Sickle > 150
- Glintstone Kris > 135
- Scorpion’s Stinger > 140
- Wakizashi > 140
- Cinquedea > 155
- Ivory Sickle > 165
- Blade of Calling > 135
- Main-Gauche > 125
Scorpion’s Stinger also given increased Scarlet Rot build up that now increases with weapon level
Dueling Shield given better protections for Lightning/Holy damage
Carian Thrusting Shield given better protections for Magic/Fire damage
Both Thrusting Shields given 100% physical block. Both Thrusting Shields given higher guard stability
Rellana’s Twin Blades given split Magic/Fire damage - they had this before, but they also had physical damage, which has been removed. The STR/DEX scalings were removed and added to INT and FTH respectively. Finally, Rellana’s Twin Blades have been given the Unending Dance AoW
Flame of the Redmanes was buffed back to its former glory because I thought it would be funny
All ashes of war can have any infusion - for example, Flame of the Redmanes can now be cold infused - because I want customization and I want it NOW. Also because I think some of these combos are strong, but mostly funny
Ashes of war are (in general) more generous with what weapons you can put them on, perhaps making some weapon classes better
Stone-Sheathed Sword has had its required stats lowered and has had the base damage & scaling vastly increased… ngl this may be one of the best straight swords now w/ square off and being a somber weapon… but I am not gonna nerf it so go ham my bros
Current Scaling: 75 STR, 55 DEX
Stat Requirements: 13 STR, 11 DEX
Base Damage increased from 89 -> 129
Spells
All Bestial Incantations have decreased FP costs but have increased Stamina costs, including the damaging spells. In addition to this, the damaging spells have increased physical and stance damage and the Bestial Sling now generates 7 FP upon use
Note: Roar of Rugalea is not a Bestial Incantation despite the wiki saying it is - it is not buffed by the Clawmark Seal or the Cinquedea
Aspects of the Crucible incantations have seen a similar buff to the Bestial Incantations
Sharply buffed Light of Miquella
Buffed Multilayered Ring of Light
Both Glintstone Nail and Glintstone Nails now do physical damage instead of magic damage, as well as having increased damage to make up for the physical resistances enemies have
Several “basic” spells - both sorceries and incantations - are given FP regeneration on cast. Their damage remains unchanged.
O, Flame! given the animation of Catch Flame
Talismans/Crystal Tears
The Crimson/Cerulean Sapping Tears have had their duration increased from 45 seconds each to lasting until death. The Crimson variant restores 2% HP per hit while the Cerulean variant restores 10 FP per hit.
The Crimson/Cerulean Assassin Daggers now restore HP/FP on hit along with restoring it on crit - effectively making them better than the Crimson/Cerulean Sapping Tears… I suppose you could try and stack them? I’m not sure if that works since I haven’t tested it but feel free to try it.
Fire/Holy/Magic/Lightning Shrouding Cracked Tears duration increased to last until death.
Bosses
General change to a bunch of bosses: none of these main bosses (base game or DLC) will have a weakness or a resistance greater than 30%, if even that high. I will edit elemental weaknesses as I see fit or as I find funny - Keep in mind that all numbers listed are the absorptions/multipliers, so a 0.9 is a 10% resistance and a 1.1 is a 10% weakness
