Here are a list of the new unlocking conditions for goods and equipment. Please note that the currency has been changed and that you will need to spend Starlight Shards to make the purchase. Such item will also be farmable from certain enemies with a reasonable drop rate.

SMITHING STONES

Note: Smithing stones will no longer be unlocked by Twin Maiden Husks upon delivering them Miner's Bell Bearing. Instead, they will be permanently unlocked in the newly added Hewg's shop at the Roundtable Hold in unlimited quantity upon completing certain actions. Please note that the unlockign mechanism has been balanced taking the vanilla progression in mind, which means that you won't be able to become overpower earlier with this mod, but will instead automatically unlock things as you progress in the game. Smithing Stones [8], for example, will be still unlocked in the northern area of the map (Mountaintops of Giants/Consecrated Snowfield)

Smithing Stone 1 & 2: Defeat Crystallian in Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, boss drops 3x Smithing Stone [1] and 3x Smithing Stone [2] instead of Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing [1].

GLOVEWORTS

Note: After you set the Erdtree to fire Roderika will naturally relocate to the main room of the Roundtable Hold. The purchase option should be available regardless, but in case it's not exhaust all of her dialogues and complete this last step of her quest. Then reload the area and she will be back at her usual place, with all of her goods available for purchase again. For Gloveworts you will have to follow the same unlocking mechanism as the Smithing Stones; upon completing certain steps you will permanently unlock the corresponding Glovewort in unlimited quantity in the newly added Roderika's shop. As for the Smithing Stones, vanilla game progression has been kept in mind, so you won't become overpowered early game but will still feel a sense of progression.

-Grave Gloveworts-

CONSUMABLES

Note: This items will become unlocked at the regular Twin Maiden Husks shop. Originally you would've have to defeat Bell Bearings Hunters to get the Bell Bearings, but with this mod installed, things spice up a bit:

Thin Animal Bones and Hefty Animal Bones: Defeat Godrick the Grafted. Bell Bearing Hunter will drop a stack of 10 pieces of the unlocked goods instead of the Bell Bearing.
Sliver of Flesh, Turtle Neck Meat and Lump of Flesh: Defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon. Bell Bearing Hunter will drop a stack of 10 pieces of the unlocked goods instead of the Bell Bearing.
Neutralizing Blouses, Stanching Boluses, Thawfrost Boluses and Stimulating Boluses: Defeat Morgot, the Omen King. Bell Bearing Hunter will drop a stack of 10 pieces of the unlocked goods instead of the Bell Bearing.
Gravity Stone Fan and Gravity Stone Chunk: Defeat Starscourge Radahn. Bell Bearing Hunter will drop a stack of 10 pieces of the unlocked goods instead of the Bell Bearing.

EQUIPMENT

Note: Twin Maiden Husks has been given a new purchase option, called "Purchase Unlocked Goods". By selecting this option you will be able to purchase every single armor and weapon in the game with the sole exception of bosses' equipment, which will still be obtainable from Enia. Equipment will become available upon acquiring more greater runes, and generally speaking obtaining a certain greater rune will unlock the equipment obtainable in that area. For example, obtaining RadahnGreater Rune will unlock every equipment which you would normally find exploring Caelid. Additionally, some cut content equipment (most notably Millicent's set) will be available for purchase at Twin Maiden Husks regular shop.

Please also note that not every single piece of equipment will be unlocked this way. As a rule of thumb, if an armor has a 100% chance of being obtained, by either looting it somewhere or by killing a specific enemy, it won't show up in Twin Maiden Husk shop, with the logic here being that you don't actually need more than one piece of the same equipment, as far as armors go. Weapons, on the other hand, follow a different logic; every single weapon is included for the sake of allowing the player to dual wield any combination of weapons with matching aesthetic. For ranged weapons the same logic of armors, since you can't actually dual wield bows and crossbows. Because of this, some ranged weapons are included, but only the ones that need to be farmed.

For the same reason, seals and staffs are not included, because it would be pointless to dual wield them, as you wouldn't get any benefit whatsoever. Moreover, you don't need to farm them as they are obtainable by looting or defeating enemies with a 100% chance of dropping. Same goes for talismans and spells.

As an added bonus, Twin Maiden Husks shop will also have some perks. For one, since the ability of buying smithing stones and gloveworts from them has been removed from the game, you will find instead some useful goods such as boluses, dried livers and cured meat. You will also be able to purchase Larval Tears and Pickled Fowl Foots, both silver and gold, but of course this will come with a high price given their rarity. On a final note, you will also be able to purchase every single boss weapon from Twin Maiden Husk, wether you defeated the corresponding remembrance boss or not. But since we're talking about a huge deal in terms of balance and weapon stats, these weapons will only become available after you defeated the final boss of the game. So no twinking early game with powerful equipment, sorry for that.
