About this mod
This mod is a regulation.bin edit that turns both sceptre of the all knowing and loretta's war sickle into weapon catalyst hybrids capable of both casting spells and attacking.
Note that i have managed to make this work almost purely by luck until i figured how it works and as such Make a backup of your regulation.BIN file

Updated to Shadow of the erdtree + gave it a boost to finger sorceries because i love fleeting microcosm
I was very dissappointed that scepter of the all knowing and loretta's war sickle werent Catalyst weapon hybrids even though both gideon and loretta use them to cast spells, as such i speedran modding basics and cooked this up.
the way ths works is that i turned the entire weapon category into catalysts while managing to slap together a special moveset on it, as such things like the jumping attack still has the staff overhead slam and i couldnt find a way to add a heavy attack.Features : Loretta's War Sickle

i made this purely on a whim because i was annoyed and wanted to fix it, i have no clue about merging other mods together and dunno if il'l ever update it (elden ring modding is a freaking pain).

- R2 now attacks
- everything else is still the same

HOW TO INSTALL
- Simply make a backup of the REGULATION.BIN file from your elden ring game directory and paste this bin file in there, if you wanna remove it then simply swap the files out.
