Black katana of a lonely traveler. Accompanied by a small flute, capable of strengthening allies through song.
A master swordsman grew weary of battle, and set off peacefully through the lands. Yet in times of need, his blade would be
drawn in a brilliant flash of steel, and his foe would meet their end.
Update 1.2:
- Fixed lag with flute buff activation

Tachikaze [Translation - Severing Wind]
Black katana of a prodigy swordsman. Extremely high dexterity scaling, and is buffable.
Unique Form - Iai
While one-handed, the blade is sheathed at your waist.
Attacking will unsheathe your blade at a blinding speed, automatically switching you to a ready stance.
This is iai; the art of drawing the sword.
In both forms, tapping the Heavy Attack button executes a parry. (Exact same katana parry timing as DS3)
Hold down the button to execute a strong attack.
Some moves allow you to instantly mixup into iai Skill attacks.

Unique Feature - Flute
While two-handing, hold down L1 to pull out your flute, and play a tune to accompany you on your travels.
While playing, press R1 to boost damage negation by 7% for yourself and allies for 15 seconds.
Or press R2 to boost physical attack by 7% for yourself and allies for 15 seconds.
These buffs cannot both be applied at the same time.
Unique Skill - Closed Heart, Singing Blade
While Sheathed:
Bow towards your opponent and close your heart to emotion. Your next attack will do extremely heightened damage.
While Unsheathed:
Hold L2 to sheathe your blade and enter a holding stance.
From this stance:
Light attack to dash forward and draw a cruciform cut in the blink of an eye.
Heavy attack to launch forward and unleash an impossibly fast storm of cuts.
Press R2 again to release your blade with an unstoppable forward slash.

This mod is also in Clever's Moveset Modpack, a gigantic modpack of most of the movesets I've created.
To Install
1.
- Download Mod Engine 2 here: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases
- Click Assets, then download the top .zip file.
- Extract the contents of the .zip onto your PC.
2.
- Download the mod and extract the contents of the zip file into the "mod" folder in the same directory as the "modengine2_launcher.exe".
- Click launchmod_eldenring.bat to launch the game.
3.
- Obtain Tachikaze from Merchant Kale's shop.

Known Issues
- This weapon does not work in the left hand, and will not powerstance with other katanas.
- If your hand doesn't properly rest on the sheathe while one-handed, adjust your abdomen size at the Roundtable Hold Mirror.
