i typed in "jar" to see if anyone had made it possible to play as a jar person and stumbled upon this mod...i just want to say...amazing. hahaha I've never felt more "i didnt know i needed this until i saw it" until just now.
Any chance this mod might get updated to work with the latest version of the game? Apparently around Elden Ring 1.9 something changed that goobered up a bunch of Torrent replacer mods.
While looking for a solution I stumbled upon several posts talking about GardenOfEye's Torrent Fixer on GitHub, but it appears to not fix poor ol' Jarrent. :(
Apparently the tool is successful in fixing other Torrent replaces, but not Jarrent.
I tested a bit more to try and figure out why this mod makes my game get super black and then flash in and out non stop and it is because I had raytracing on.
Apparently this mod does not play nicely if you have raytracing on. Turning it off makes the mod work perfectly. Thanks again, corvianNoctis for replying earlier and doing a quick test. I appreciate the work you do on this and other mods! Very excited to have a Jar Steed :)
NOTE: This appears to be a problem for most (all??) Torrent replacers. I guess raytracing + Torrent replacer = incompatible. This is all beyond me, but I have noticed a few disclaimers on other Torrent replacing mods that say you've gotta turn off ray tracing, so if you're having problems with this mod or other Torrent replacers, try turning off raytracing!
The last time I asked you was on the lobster one, other then that I don't remember, but aight i'll try to commission it, just depends on how much it cost
delightful. makes me wonder if it is possible to make a wandering mausoleum torrent 🤔 would it ring with every gallop? probably too loud to be practical.
