Using DS Map Studio, open your ERR regulation.bit via 'File -> New Project'. Project Directory being whichever reg.bin you want to edit (back up your ERR reg.bin if you're straight using the one your game's running off).

Once you have a DS Map Studio project for your ERR reg.bin, search 'LockCamParam' in the top left search bar -> select the parameter -> Edit/Import CSV/From File/All -> Save Params.
