This mod is an all-in-one pack featuring all of my Ezra Scarlet content created thus far. I have reworked the 3D models and designed custom textures from scratch for the armors and sword. I gave physics to everything I possible could which is why this mod took so long to make :'). Physics are inlcuded on the skirt, pants, hairs, and bow hair accessory.
This pack includes the following:
Heart Kreuz Armor Set + Long Hair Hairstyle
- purchase from Merchant Kalé for 1000 runes per item
- hair will show up as number 33 in the appearance selection
Clear Heart Clothing Set + Long Ponytail Hairstyle
- purchase from Twin Maiden Husks for 1000 runes per item
- hair will show up as number 34 in the appearance selection
Erza's Sword
- replaces Lordsworn's Straight Sword by default
- can replace other swords by changing the name of the file (see installation notes)
Rather than replacing existing items, all of these additions are included as new items, except for her sword which replaces Lordsworn's Straight Sword by default. However, you have the option to change the replacement weapon according to your preference; please refer to the installation section for detailed instructions. Also, It's important to note that for the armors to appear correctly, you must wear each piece of the set together. Expect unusual outcomes if you only wear a part of a set.
My primary objective with this mod was to ensure the armors are as lore accurate to Fairy Tail as possible, while also serving as a viable build within Elden Ring. To achieve this, I based The Heart Kreuz set on the Carian Armor's statistics, providing excellent protection and robustness. Conversely, the Clear Heart set offers minimal protection but is incredibly lightweight. Beware of taking hits!
Additionally, this mod includes custom icons for each item (excluding the sword). Ordinarily, this would require downloading a 1.1 GB file. However, there's an excellent tool called Gideon that resolves this issue seamlessly. With just one click, Gideon will automatically install the icons. I will provide further details on this tool in the installation section.
Fully compatible with seamless Co-op! Not compatable with Raytracing, make sure that is turned off. Other than that, it's on a mod-to-mod basis. My mod does modify the "regulation.bin" file, so if you have mods already that use that you'll need to look into merging them. I have the csv files available for download as well for those of you that need to merge. I also have an optional compatibility patch for Oath of the Champions, a difficulty mod my friends and I are using for seamless coop, in case anyone else wants it.
ModEngine is required for this to work. Please make sure you have the most up to date version!
1. Make sure you game is running App version 1.10 and calibrations version 1.10 before installing anything. You can find this on the main menu
2. Extract the contents of the zip file into your ModEngine's 'mod' folder. It should look like this: (unless you have other mods)
3. Run the 'Setup UI Images shortcut'. This will use a tool called Gideon to install custom Icons for the items I've added into the game. It will run in a cmd window. It will simply ask if you want ps4 buttons or not and then take about 30 seconds to unpack and install the icons. There should be a new folder in menu called 'hi.' It may prompt you to install .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime. You can do that or use this link as well.
4. (optional) Change Erza's Sword to replace a weapon of your choice. Please be aware that changing the name can cause some problems with the original Lordsworn's sword appearance and the new one you are changing it to. To avoid this you will need to replace both the original Lordworn's straight sword as well as the new one you want to replace. You will need to make a copy of the original sword files and rename them to a new sword ID.
examples of sword ID's:
wp_a_0207.partsbnd.dcx = Lordsworn's straight sword (default)
wp_a_0227.partsbnd.dcx = carian straight sword
wp_a_0607.partsbnd.dcx = Lordsworn's Greatsword
wp_a_1100.partsbnd.dcx = Twinblade

Your sword part files should be similar to the example below. Don't forget to make a copy of the file and add a "_l" (lowercase L) to the file name.

First off check your app and calibrations versions. They are displayed on the main menu and should say 1.09.1 for both.
game crash: Disable raytracing and make sure files are correctly named and placed in the right spots.
hair not showing (bald): This can happen for a number of reasons. Things to check:
- Mod conflict. Is another mod conflicting?
- Incorrect file names or locations. Double check both of those in the installation section
- Incorrect ER version/ problem with 'regulation.bin.' The hair shows up in game due to changes I made in the regulation bin. make sure it is properly named and placed!
corrupt game save: Your save is not actually corrupt; it says this if you load my mods 'regulation.bin' with a save made for an earlier version. To fix this you need to update your calibrations version to 1.09.1. To do that you'll first need to make sure your vanilla regulation.bin is the most current version. Then simply launch vanilla ER and it should update your save to the new version.
