If you're also using version 1.x.x of the camera offset mod, go to that mod's config file and change 'auto-toggle' to 'no' to make it compatible with this one.
Awesome mod, makes combat less clunky. Just a quick question. How does the optional auto targeting function you added in the last version differ from the in-game auto target option? Does your option override the in-game option even if the in-game one is turned on?
It's the best mod ever, like softlock, with this mod we don't need to lock on the target anymore! Thank you!!! Can you do the same for sekiro? DS 3 and lies of P?
I would love this mod for other FromSoftware games. Fantastic Mod! It's like a whole new game. Combat is so much more fun and responsive. Thanks One Million!
Thank you for making this. I play a lot of Elder Scrolls Online and the way I herd enemies/players with this kind of strafing without locking on is invaluable in gameplay, it took only a few minutes for me to get used to playing well with this mod. As much as I like this, there's one specific request I have to see it playing with no hindrance; I'd like to be able to manually rotate the player during attacks. Even at max camera speed I often find myself quickly locking-on and locking-off for some attacks because there's not enough time to reposition the camera for my next swing to reach an enemy that is only right beside me. It's a bit of an issue because without the mod you get free swing rotation when locked off. Maybe you could make it so that enabling Manual Attack in the settings turns this on?
Also I'd consider using a version of this that only locks during guard.
I hate the combat system in the souls game, ER included, and gave ER a try for about 10 hours and quit because of it... well, that was one reason. Every few months I checked the nexus to see if anyone create a way for the game to play more like skyrim, and FINALLY I found this mod. And I re-installed just because of it! I gave the game and this mod an hour, to see how it works, and wow, SO much more fun. There is still a sense of cumbersome-ness in how the game feels and how the camera rotates (as it seems a bit unresponsiveness, or as if it locks to stuff that I do not understand) but I prefer it so much more to the default combat system.
Is there a way to more the camera close to the character or tweak stuff about how it behaves?
