Maybe some Ringed Knight movesets? Use the Ringed Knight with paired swords for the greatsword or colossal powerstance moveset. Maybe the Ringed Knight with spear could be used for halberds or spear replacement. Very cool mod has a lot of potential.
The Nightmaiden has some very cool & fluid reverse grip dagger animations that might be worth using if it's even usable (her dagger isn't obtainable so I don't know how that's gonna affect animation transferring).
I have a sizable list of suggestions/ideas taken from what exists in the Player Animation Repositories Collection by Blubber515. Halberds - Gundyr, Banished Knight Katanas - Lone Shadow, Malenia Greatsword - Crucible Knight, Banished Knight Powerstanced Greatsword - Pontiff Sulyvahn Colossal Swords - Armored Warrior, Blaidd or Abyss Watchers Curved Greatswords - Owl/Father, Knights of Zamor Dagger - Melina, Black Knife Assassins Greataxe/Colossal Weapons - Godfrey
I definitely think all of these movesets would fit alongside the ones implemented already, and have some interesting potential
Depending on if you want to do even more variety by adding specific animation sets to certain weapons or to a subcategory of weapons in a group (like how we have 'light curved swords' with the faster lights such as the shamshir and the normal 'curved swords' with the standard lights like grossmesser), you could get a pretty good amont of moves set up across the board. That said, DS2 has a *lot* of weapon-using enemies and bosses you could potentially lift animations from- I think some of them are in the animation repository posted in this thread.
For example, the Stone Knights from DS2 could be an interesting thing to base a twinblade moveset on, while Ruin Sentinels could be interesting for a halberd. Alonne Knights would make for great katana moves if they were sped up a touch, and of course the Pursuer would do great for a greatsword/colossal sword set. Just some food for thought.
Edit- Just scrolled a bit further down and saw the post about DS2 animations not being compatable, so, scratch basically everything I said.
so are the attack movesets going to be enemy movesets from elden ring ONLY? Or will this feature movesets from other souls games like dark souls or bloodborne? if yes from other soulsborne series then i have a suggestion for greatswords. maybe do something like soul of cinder movesets?
another question i have is will you be doing unique movesets for certain weapons? if so then i suggest maybe a unique moveset for abyss watchers farron greatsword or something.
heavy rapier as sangiune noble reduvia power stance with the heavy rapier like the sangiune nobles do include the special blood attack they do on the ground as the charged heavy will be awesome.
I think Artorias needs some representation in ER. Maybe put a mix of him and Farron knights on greatswords? I also think the ringed knights on starscourge. Sister Friede and pontiff knight variation on scythes and the other variation of pontiff knight on curved swords would make cool additions along with maybe a phase 2 or 3 Gael on curved greatswords. Also, cant forget my beloved black knights and all their variations.. maybe heavy spear for the halberd type mixed with some of Mohg's moveset, greataxe for the obvious and colossal sword for ugs type? All these guys and gal have awesome idles and movement as well for later down the line if you still intend on implementing those.
Ppl saying Godfrey for Gaxe but I'd say take a look at the Millwood Knight Earthseeker moveset. The DS3 elite knights mod featured it and it fit very well on the player..big weighty cleaves and fun motions.
Hello. I don't know if the suggestions of the idea are still relevant, but I wanted to offer my own version. It may have already been written, but still. Can you add Friend's sister's scythe to the Elven Ring, with her moveset as a boss in the last stage? There was such a mod for Dark Souls 3, but the author removed it from the site, and the old version does not work after updating the game version. It is the scythe of Frida herself that are of interest, and not the imposition of a moveset on ordinary scythe in the Elven Ring.
the R2 Jumping attacks are not working on the black knife ? and i know its a stretch but can you add the destined death effect to the jumping attacks like Alecto the black knife ringleader ?
Hello, this mod look promising, but i would like to ask something, does this mod will only add attack animation ? or something else ? for exemple, walk, dodge, run animation.

Unfortunately, I won't do it, for sure in the near future. I've seen some people add animations from DMC, but I understand that it's not easy because there are different skeletons of animations. for this reason, you won't see animations from DS2 here. same problem
