You must defeat Margit in Leyndell first. You will see red marks on the map after you beat him. To access Yharnam, defeat Auselius in Bononia. After that, you'll see another mark on the map!
Pro tip, make sure your mod actually works before publishing it.
Your mod has completely broken MULTIPLE people's games yet you still have the audacity to blame them for doing something wrong rather than admit you're at fault.
1) Season 2 has been in development for a year and updates have been posted multiple times in my discord
2) I take note of bug reports and I am correcting them one by one according to my ability
3) Corrupted saves have to do either with Mod Engine or the way ER saves the information. Probably due to the amount of new items and rows that my Regulation has, saves might get glitched when loading them with different mods. I personally never had a corrupted save problem while playing UE, except for when trying to have Seamless mod to work. In that case, the workaround of using a Character transfer tool seems to have been pretty resolutive. That said, when you play modded ER you always use a separate, new save file, possibly everytime you launch a new mod, but that is something everyone is or should already be aware of
4) Maps are the experimental part of my mod, and the most bugged one. Considering the dimensions of each map and the initial inexperience, it's understandable that older maps can be messier than the newer ones. If you want them to look or work better, come work for me; otherwise wait (or not, if you don't wanna play ER you can leave, nobody will kill you as you claimed in your original comment) for this single modder with a much busy private life to fix everything.
5) You whined about deleting bug reports, ignoring criticism (which I always encourage and save in a separate document) and, the most surprising and confusing claim, getting users banned (???). I invite you once again to check my username and think again: you mistook me for someone else. Check again next time. And stop trolling.
Once again, you're deflecting fault. Making false reports gets people banned. Happens here all the time from mod authors who can't take criticism.
I've been lurking here nearly since release and you've deleted several bug reports that try to address several critical issues with the mod, mainly save data and missing items.
I'm not trolling, I am completely serious. How about instead of deflecting blame or fault, and making a broken mod, you playtest your own mod before releasing it?
Good. List all the not-Seamless, base game's items that my mod removed so that I can investigate.
Explain the corrupted save data problem beyond what I already did, which is relation to Seamless and changing mods midway; provide a solution for corrupted save data that is not the character transfer tool, a solution that can be resolutive, because I haven't found one as I couldn't even replicate the bug since it never occurred to me (except in one case, when ER updated).
All feedback, suggestions and bugs people reported have been saved and addressed in a proper document. All the bugs that were reported on Nexus were removed once fixed; all redundant reports were removed to keep the page clean; all the unique reports were kept.
You sill weren't able to explain yourself on the only point that could say something factual or interesting, which is reporting and getting people banned. That is what I don't understand. Who did I get banned?
Prove you fixed the bugs, prove you have this "document" that you keep claiming you have, prove that you haven't gotten anyone banned by reporting their comments just because you disagree with them. Burden of proof falls on you, dude.
You're the one falsely accusing me of trolling, you're the one who reported my comment (which I got a warning for), you're the one who deleted my comment because you're too immature to handle criticism.
Knock it off dude, just acknowledge criticism and say 'thank you' instead of trying to pin blame on the user or Seamless Co-Op.
You're the one throwing random accusations, therefore you have the burden of proof.
You want a screenshot or something?
Of course I did, you were defamating and spreading misinformation, you were throwing personal offence to me. I reported you and the Nexus team valued your comment and decided to give you a warn, not me. And by the way, your comment seemed very artificial and random, suggesting that the poster could be a troll or even a bot.
Nexus did, following my report. As for myself, I wrote a long ass reply (didn't realize that reporting would have meant the loss of the whole conversation).
In all the delirious comments you posted, none included any precise suggestion or criticism that hadn't been already pointed out or that has not been followed by accusations and insults. I give you one last chance to give constructive criticism, otherwise I'll just lock the conversation and block/report you. This is no place to spread hate and false information. Be precise, do not say some generic "broken hitboxes" like you did, tell me which weapons and what attacks do not work. Be sure not to be redundant and report stuff that has already been mentioned. Do not say "not balanced", say what did you find unbalanced, too easy, too hard. Also, You must give me a full list of the people I blocked and reported, apart of you.
And by the way: Always did, always asked for it.
Again, this is your last chance to give constructive criticism. If you wanna flame, you can go somewhere else.
idk why but my games so buggy i cant even sit to level up because there is no grace hitbox or something. when i want to port, the loading screen is on forever, when i die its the same. when changing weapons the models dont working, they stay, looks like a longsword but it isnt. and class fire keeper.. bro, you cant even wield your own weapon. idk, cant get past first 5 min. shitty exp for me tbh
You can clearly see those are "Old files" so you don't need them. I suspect you didn't download the full mod, but just the patch for the latest ER update. Make sure you have both my releases and try again.
i have both. i was curious about the others files... downloaded first that looks like a full game with modengine and erdtools and after that i downloaded the regulation.bin, changed it in folder and started playing edit: maybe i found the problem, the regulation.bin, I changed it in folder of a game and not of a mod. can it be? edit2: no, now when i created new character and gone to grafted scion, he didnt spawn
Please, do not use the old files. Try downlaoding my mod (the big one) from my Gdrive link on Discord. Then apply the patch (the small file/release) you find here on nexus
hey new to modding i cant get this to work i downloaded mod but it has internet explorer logo next to it. i tried to extract it but no file is popping up anywhere. plz help thanks in advanceedit. got it working although, grand merchant isnt in game and also the new character classes wernt available just the regular. and also the second merchant by blacksmith doesnt function cant get him to talk
The mod was working fine first time i played, went to launch it a second time today and the unofficial expansion loading screen appears but when i load into a save i don't have my equipment and the crafting is gone, any ideas on how to fix?
Seems like mod engine is not working properly or your save files are corrupted or deleted.
What equipment is missing? Modded or everything?
Make sure base game works properly first. Also, make sure you're using not just the full release (the one that's about 7.5gb) but also the new patch I uploaded.

Mentally stable behavior
I even wrote a super long reply but now it's gone, and I'm kinda disappoitned.

Tried starting a new game and none of the new classes are visible either.
Just not sure what's happened when it was working fine last week and don't think there's been any updates or anything?
