it seems to be crashing whenever you open already modified regulation bin that has been edited with yapped rune bear. Failed to load parambnd and so on. github already has a similar post about the same issue. if you open the backup regulation bin it works fine, until you edit it again and it stops working. theres an other option which is that edit the file with dsmapstudio, creating project with it and copy paste the regulation file from the projects folder to the elden ring game file and vice versa if you want to re edit the file again without problems.
How do I increase enemy damage? I want to increase the damage by 30% of all mobs, but when I try to put 1.3 the damage is 130% stronger, if I put 0.3 which would be to increase the damage by 30% the damage actually from the enemies is very low it is 30%.
neither the older yapped rune bear or this one are saving my hp regen edits i put in -1 in either current hp rate or point and it doesnt save am i doing something wrong
Last time I checked on SpEffectParam, I needed to put at least -2 for it to function. Besides, I couldn't make it work with decimal numbers. Ex: -2.1 Both issues on HP/FP+ and HP/FP%.
Can DSMapStudio be used to merge mod's regulation bins? Maybe for mod development it can be used and it would be better in some ways, but yapped has the sole responsibility to edit mod's regulation binaries and only it. Also you need to open entirety of game files instead of just regulation bins, and this can take a long time.
It can be used to merge. It can open regbins without unpacking. It doesn't break people's files due to being outdated and end of life. I don't understand the insistence on using an unsupported tool.
One of the best features of dsms is the UI, specifically the fact you can have multiple tabs open in the param editor view so you don't have to switch back and forth in a single window possibly losing your place and dealing with the hassle of that. It's certainly different than Yapped, but the utility + dark mode is more than enough.
If your GPU it's incompatible with DSMapStudio you're fucked, and they clearly don't give a s#*! about it, so no... it's not as easy as "simply use DSMapStudio"
Is buddy param gone? I want to make it so that when I summon it summons multiple. For example I would duplicate the jelly fish and then when I summon it I would have two jelly fish. I saw a video doing it. So is there a way to still do this?
can anybody help me? I'm trying to add/change the spells of the invading npcs because I'm invoking them with a mod and I wanted to create a build for each of them but I only found it on charalnitparam to equip the spell in his inventory but he doesn't, use it as I have to do it to work???
