Awesome mod, makes you feel powerful af. Much appreciated! Also, does anyone know what sort of damage it scales off of? Like do all of the spells just scale off Int?
I managed to get it to work finally. Used csv to merge with the grand merchant regulation.bin file and it worked. It's the old version though so Fia's lightning attack doesn't lock on properly and all the spells use FP. Still though, better than nothing. It didn't work for me with the regulation.bin file from this mod though.
No I tried but it doesn't work. The regulation.bin file doesn't do anything. The grand merchant bin file works fine though and other mods too. Idk why this one doesn't work.
Did the hotfix this morning break the mod? Mine is not working anymore, and I also redownloaded the reg.bin file and pasted it over my old one, but it still did not work. Thanks for any info! I'm just unclear if it is my fault or something happened with the hotfix. Also to add, I used Yapped 2.0 to merge the csv with the reg.bin (both by exporting data from your reg.bin and then importing it into mine, and also by importing the csv into the reg.bin with Yapped 2.0), but that did not work. Also totally possible I just didn't do it right xD
Hello, so I got the mod to work for me. Basically, as someone in another mod page pointed out, the update probably broke our regulation.bin files with respect to modding because (for me at least) any mod involving the reg.bin was not working. Therefore, the steps I took to fix this were:
1. Verify your Elden Ring game files via Steam (Right click Elden Ring, go to Properties, go to Local Files, click Verify integrity). This should reset your regulation.bin file (confirm by ensuring the size is vanilla/same as your backup). 1a. I personally used UXM to patch my exe after doing this but I don't think this is necessary for edits to ONLY the reg.bin file. 2. Download the Bullet.csv file provided and (if using Yapped 2.0) place it in your Projects/ExampleMod/CSV/ER folder. 3. Open Yapped 2.0 and Open (under File after selecting Elden Ring) your new, vanilla regulation.bin file in the game directory. 4. Click Bullet in the left menu, then click Data and go to Import Data. Click this and it should import the Bullet.csv you put in the ER folder earlier. Make sure to hit Save under File.
After doing this, the mod worked as normal for me! I did not test this with the provided regulation.bin file that the mod author provided because I merge multiple mods with Yapped. I really hope this helps others coming here to use this amazing mod!
I verified the game files on STEAM and then used the BIN file provided by the mod author. The mod does NOT work in it's current state after the last hot fix.
I can't import the CSV, I get an error when trying to import data after selecting bullet on the left hand side. Can anyone help, have tried re-installing Elden Ring and Yapped.
Does anyone want to upload their working regulation.bin? :)

Where do you download Yapped 2.0 please?
Is this IN the Elden Ring subdirectory?
