      Did you try and merge this with other mods? I merged and successfully got Boltsplitter and Thunderclap and Flash working.

    for me just work the ash, i get the uchigataya and Wakizash but dont work normal atacks

    As someone commented prior to this, for those of you that have downloaded the mod and the only parts that seem to work is the Ashes of War for Boltsplitter and Thunderclap, this mod is not updated for Elden Ring in 1.10. You need to download the main mod for Clever's Moveset (which has this included in it) instead. This should allow you to use the weapon properly. I do not know if the mod author plans to update the individual moveset mods like this after the upcoming update and DLC, so your best bet would be to check back at the main mod collection page for Clever's Moveset for updates and details going forward.
