  HOW TO UPDATE....
  1. from game, DELETE/RENAME existing regulation.bin
  2. in directory "ORIG.00" is file "regulation.bin.orig", copy that file over to place where in game regulation.bin, replace it with that file
  3. run game once, let menu to update save file
  4. do same action again, and take file "regulation.bin" from root of archive (ITS IMPORTED FILE WITH DIFF GENERATED FROM THIS MOD)
  5. now you can play modded again...
