This is just https://github.com/FWang1221/TAE-Importer-Exporter-For-Elden-Ring but built for Nexus and "horsing" around.
Transcript of the ReadMe
Requires the oodle core in your game directory to be in the lib for where you have your stuff.
and Clever's Moveset Modpack (https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/1928)
feature greatly enhanced player speeds, however they do not enhance enemy speeds to compensate, leading to a fundamental balancing disparity. This is made worse by the fact that enemies in Elden Ring frequently have long delays. This tool (? Sort of a tool?) aims to fix that by providing easy speed-up gradients to the start of enemy attacks and projectile spawns to make combat feel less one-sided. In the space of less than an hour, you can modify the startup speeds of every single enemy in the game.
Recommended usage is for modifying minibosses and mook enemies, not for actual bosses.
Instructions: Open the Program.cs in Visual Studio, click "Run", and follow the instructions on the Console. You should put a text file in your directory containing names of files you want to export, like "
c4290
c4500
c2500
" (without the parenthesis, or the double spaces, only single spaces please.)
Templates (not actual .bt stuff but the template templates, y'know) have been provided for the files.
Alternative usage can be for greatly increasing player speed, such as on horseback. Exporting and importing the c0000.anibnd should be done separately and not as part of a list or a seed.
Many thanks to the following...
Created with great help from Nordgaren (who wrote ~50% of the draft code and helped me learn Visual Studio) and Gomp-DS (whose GetRumbleCamIds https://github.com/GompDS/GetRumbleCamIds project was used as a base for this project).
Meowmaritus for providing SoulsAssetPipeline (https://github.com/Meowmaritus/SoulsAssetPipeline), and for tips and tricks on other TAE-related things.
AinTunez, whose fork (https://github.com/AinTunez/RoguelikeSouls) of Grimrukh's Roguelike Souls (https://github.com/Grimrukh/RoguelikeSouls) I dissected as reference material.
JKAnderson (and his crew's) SoulsFormats (https://github.com/JKAnderson/SoulsFormats).
Hopefully I got everyone, if you felt like you were part of this project's creation just ping me on Discord or something and I'll add you.

If your mod does not have a c0000.anibnd.dcx, a modified from vanilla one has been provided. The default speed is 1.4x, though it can be changed in c0000EventsFile.csv. The c0000EventsFile.csv edits all horseback animation, though a separate riding-only c0000EventsFile.csv is provided.
Transcript of the General Instructions

Take this folder's directory and copy and paste it in. Tap enter. Tap "n" (no quotation marks obviously) and tap enter. Tap "y" (no quotation marks obviously) and tap enter. Take this folder's directory and add "\c0000.txt" to the end of it and tap enter. Wait for the thing to stop writing your files. Drop your modified c0000.anibnd.dcx file back into your mod/chr folder.
