my pc isn't the problem, I have a very beefy pc. So it cant be that. I also have the 4k textures installed. maybe them both together could be causing it? EDIT I uninstalled the textures, it still crashes. EDIT I tried with increase draw distant and it worked fine, then I tried the max with your grass edit and got a crash. I can get above 30 fps at 4k with vanilla settings maxed with your mod so I don't think its my pc.
All of the variants are working fine for me and I'm using a 1060 3gb 16gb of ram and 3200g. It's obviously unplayable lol but it's not crashing. Only thing I can think of is that I got every graphical setting on Low.
Well maxing out everything in PartsDrawParam and GrassLodRange isn't that good of an idea lol, so it could be causing issues like running out of both ram and vram. I might release a version that is just doubling the default values.

do i just put all three files found in the max draw distance folder into my game folder individually? Or do i just drop the entire folder in my games folder?
Max Distance works well... except that the Capital city textures do not load. Can you fix it so I can use this great mod? My 4090 beckons for the max distance to work, still easily over 70FPS everything maxed.
The capital textures not loading was not an issue with the increased distance variant of the mod.
hey should we manually move the files into the game or is it ok to install it with Vortex and then just launch through Steam normally? thanks for making this <3

But Max Draw Distance drops my fps to like 15 lol, which is expected cause you'd need a beast to run it.
Might upload a version without the grass edits.
Edit: Done. Should be easier to run but you still need a beefy pc.

I want to do high quality screenshots with some camera mods and reshade addons, so fps loss is not an issue
