This is Ashe's Bow from League of Legends. By default, it replaces the Longbow. (You can change what it replaces by changing the files names before installing.)
If you don't want NPC's, Invaders and summons to have this weapon, remove the file that has "_l" on the name before installing.
Ripped straight from the game by me.
Use ModEngine to install (link: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases ). Just extract the files and place them in the "parts" folder, inside your mods folder.
