The file I uploaded has BS (heh) only on the Lusat's staff. To install replace the regulation.bin file in your installation with this one.
But I recommend leaning to use Yapped to put it on whatever you want because why let anyone break your game when you can do it yourself?
Bloodhound step weapon art ID is 801. You can slap it on a seal, slap it on a bow, slap it on your car. Be untouchable.
Please don't use mods online etc... you know the deal.
