Anyone have the weapon codes for changing which weapon this replaces? Find the weapon in EquipParamWeapon and get the Equip Model ID from the Field/Value bar on the right. Make sure when you use it to replace the weapon that you place it in four digit format. So if you wanted to replace the Noble's Slender Sword like this mod does, you would find the sword in the reg.bin, look in the Equip Model ID to get its code (211) and then name the .dcx file accordingly: wp_a_0211.partsbnd.dcx
Then when you save the reg.bin and start the game, the weapon corresponding code 211 or 0211(Noble's Slender Sword) will be using whatever model is included in the appropriately .dcx file.
-open regulation.bin in yapped -find the weapon you want to replace in EquipParamWeapon -click on it -find its Equip Model ID on the right -use it to replace the numbers in the mod file. The Equip Model ID of the weapon you want to replace may only be three digits, but I believe there still has to be four digits in the file name itself, so just put a 0 before those three. For example, WretchQueen chose to replace the noble's slender sword. In regulation.bin, noble's slender sword's Equip Model ID is 211, so if you wanted to replace that weapon with Zirael's model (which is what this mod does by default), the filename would have to be: wp_a_0211.partsbnd.dcx

So for you, it would be like this,
1) Download and unzip the mod: wp_a_0211.partsbnd.dcx
2) Find the weapon you want to replace in regulation.bin. Let's say it's the Regalia of Eochaid. So you go into EquipParamWeapon, ctrl f for "Regalia of Eochaid", look on the right for Equip Model ID and see that it says "220".
3) So now you go to your unzipped wp_a_0211.partsbnd.dcx file that you downloaded from this page.
4) And you replace the "0211" in wp_a_0211.partsbnd.dcx with "0220": wp_a_0220.partsbnd.dcx
