I was able to make it working by copying it directly into my game folder.
But it's impossible to make it working with the seamlesscoop mod, when I rename the seamlesscoop exe to eldenring.exe : it open the cmd and start hooking (100% CPU use) without result.
So for that case, it will be great to convert it into a .dll for Elden Mod Loader.
thank you so much for this wonderful mod ,it was one thing that kept driving me insane in the game, how they decided to include this particle effect ,cluttering the screen you either had to stop before maliketh or just go to NG+ and don't go past it , sure lore wise it might make sense, but anything that alters the experience post game and clutters the screen is bad game design imho . in my book, this addon is a must have .
I for one love this mod! I want to roam a fantasy game and not feel like I'm in space. The particles are totally overdone, and with this mod you still get the ones around Liurnia Lake, the random little floaty bits from grass and trees etc. And it seems to help frames a bit. Thanks for this.
"we all needed", nah. This is a ridiculous nitpick of all nitpicks, worse than a reshade of 'i dont like how the devs made their own game'. And having the uploader put it under "quality of life", I have never disagreed with a mod more in my life.
@kounterfit Personally don't need this mod as I quite like the red particles but it's real crazy how you can just scroll past and not install it if it bothers you that much. OP's not even calling it an "objective improvement" or anything
kounterfit you ever change the setting in your phone? Cause if you did, you "dont like how the [manufacturer] made their own [phone]." Tell you what, when the devs give me back my money for my game, I will call it theirs, and uninstall this mod.
