You can a similar mod from Github that removes the vignette without modifying game files by injecting code into the game, so no conflict with Mod Engine 2 mods. You need the Mod Loader for this one though.
Wondering; how did you manage to edit this from gxposteffect?. As those are already pre-compiled, etc. Normally would do this kind of change from drawparams (but it would need to be done for each 'area').
This change is especially valuable because we can't unpack the gparams for Elden Ring yet. Yabber doesn't handle them.
Edit: for anyone else looking to use their own files: copy the dlaa sfx and rename it to the sharpening and repack. Tip: antialiasing also has a hidden 'MAX' setting that can be done from config file but you need to make the file read only. There is a bug that makes it blank, regardless of setting

Yeah thanks, that was pretty bad
Is it possible?
However the sticky comment is false, do not follow his instructions at all, you cannot launch Mod Engine 2 through Steam, this is known bug.
So use MOD Engine 2 normally and ignore the sticky comment.
