   Here are the edits to get this to work with 1.08.1, even if using grand merchant.  This is for the Transmog version, and the item.msgbnd.dcx file is only needed if you want the descriptions of the items.  The only change I made was to the row IDs for the recipe CSV to ensure it works with Grand Merchant too:

      yes and no. You export each param to a csv file and then open them using excel. Then just copy paste what he wrote into new lines.

   So what does it do? Hide your head if you wear an exile hood or somethin? I'm sorry for asking a stupid question like this, I'm looking for a mod that does that, I want an invisible head while wearing a Black Knife Assassin hood or Exile hood like the actual enemies do

      nvm, already fixed it by myself. also manage to change the animation to look like the character actually undress herself, kinda adding more immersive to it (the og mod only awkwardly drop some stone then the armor dissapear)

      Ooc, you redid your Regulation.bin and it did not work?
      You have to redo the Merge after each patch or at least each major patch.

      I think so, I just tried it but it didn't work. But it's been awhile since I've done Yapped and still very noob on it.
      So you might be correct. I'm going to try again.
      
      I'm trying to merge it with Xylozi's Grand Merchant.
      
      Edit: Nope, not working for me, sorry for the confusion.
      I even downloaded the newest Yapped Bear dated 4/20/22

      I was only able to get Invisible Helmets to work, using Yapped Bear v1.07 (linked on that mod site).

   1.04. I dont know if the mod works on this version at the time im writing this, but:
   I downloaded the mod, used UMX to unpack and patch the file. And then I copy and pasted the regulation.bin file to the directory. Also replace the file in msg/engus too. But the armor and helm arent hidden. Also cant find item from crafting item and inventory.
   I tested this on new character, had to sell all of my item to buy the crafting kit.
   Can someone tell me if I did something wrong? I only downloaded this mod and a nude mod which doesnt alter the regulation file.

    Just a heads up, mod no longer working after small patch. 
    
    Tried only adding your regulation.bin alone and removing everything else to make sure. All else is working. 
    
    Items no longer appear in crafting menu or in inventory.
