To install the mod, simply move the regulation.bin file into the same directory as the .exe
Remember to make a backup of this file for when you want to revert it back to normal.

USING THIS MOD ONLINE WILL CERTAINLY BAN YOU. To avoid that, i recommend using the anti-cheat toggler made
by TechieW.
