download and install reshade at https://reshade.me/
drop this ah01.ini file into your main game directory, for example: \steamapps\common\Easy Red 2\
use the in-game reshade menu to select the ah01.ini configuration, or create your own by toggling shaders on/off and tweaking settings
(i'm no expert, there's lots of good tutorials on youtube with more information!)
