Added ModLoader support since ver1.90. Save data is compatible, so there is no need to create a new one. However, to update, you need to delete ALL previous MOD files. ! Please do not update by overwriting copies ! Also, EDF5.exe will no longer be needed, so please restore it to the original file that has been backed up.
What's your strategy for doing Online DLC 1-50 (The Nameless) on INFERNO with LVL 135 Item Limits on Air Raider (150,000 Armor) because this feels literally impossible (2 players)?
I have confirmed that the point of credits obtained by defeating the copper man was far less than expected. Also, since it's nearly impossible to only attack the copper man, so in terms of durability, it's easier to trigger the next enemy reinforcement than defeating 4 copper man. So I plan to make adjustments to these as well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following changes have been made in version 2.00, so please try again. -Adjusted the damage of Fortress Barga to 1.35x. -Adjusted the Copper Man's damage scaling to 8/9 and durability scaling to 2/3 in DLC1-M50. -Adjusted the credits gained from defeating the Copper Man increased to 2.666667 times. -Added a new combo route for Barga, allowing Gravity Zero(Chabudai Gaeshi) to be repeated infinitely.
These settings cannot be changed with the MODLoader, so I think the only difference is that it will be harder to obtain mission completion rate achievements due to the increased number of missions.
Just absolutely love playing 5.9 missions, outstanding mod.
I noticed that I can't stand to play without the Fulton device because nothing drags things down worse for me than going around picking up armor and weapon boxes as quickly as I can without concentrating on the action. Never did like that play dynamic. Fulton with 10x multiplier is a game changer, so all my characters have Fulton equipped.
However, the Wing Diver misses out on the Plasma Cores, especially later game as things need more power. With only one slot, I don't want to give up my Fulton device, but crave for higher level Plasma Cores. I would much rather give up a weapon slot to have a Plasma Core option. Currently, to get the higher level plasma core to power higher level weapons, I need to give up my so loved Fulton device, which I dread to do. Am I missing something? Sure wish Fulton was on by default and free up plasma core slot.
Again thanks for the incredible work you put into this mod, really enjoying it.
Are you playing the main story? Since that is not the content of this MOD, I am not responsible for any problems that may occur while playing there. The pickup range of support equipment added by MOD is about 1/2 to 2/3 of the Fulton Device, so If you have them, Fulton Device is a recognition of unused one.
By the way, the solution is to add one equipment slot for the Wing Diver and put the Fulton Device in that slot. However, changing the equipment slot will make save data incompatible, so I have no plans to take any measures.
Yes, I was playing the main story because I assumed you added to it with 30 new missions. I was, well, still am confused on the description page...
"Main Story: Vanilla DLC1/2 added after the ending of main story. And 30 new mission added. DLC1: 50 new missions added DLC2: 60 new missions added"
Not sure what the 1st line is really saying. Unmodified DLC added to end of main story with 30 new missions also tagged on? Not sure how to get to these 30 new missions mentioned here. Mission 2 of the main story has the new mission to farm armor and weapons, I got that.
Last two lines are obvious. When starting a new save file from scratch, you have three 5.9x files to select, main story, DLC1, and DLC2. Are you saying the main story one was never intended to be selected, except for just playing mission 2 to farm?
My assumption was you added vanilla DLC1 and DLC2 to end of main mission and also added 30 new missions with the originals. Then the new DLC1 and DLC2 is your other new missions, 50 for DLC1, 60 for DLC2.
I apologize on being dense and confused on this. I guess I should stop and start playing the new updated DLC1 and DLC2 only?
The mission details are as follows. 1. Vanilla Main Story: M001~M113 2. Vanilla DLC: M114~M142 3. Vanilla DLC+: M143~M171 4. 5.9x Mission Pack1: DLC1-M01~M50 5. 5.9x Mission Pack2: DLC2-M01~M60 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 and 2 are completely vanilla missions with nothing changed. 4 and 5 are the main contents of this MOD. 3 is a refreshed version of the old mission created around 2021. They are the first group of missions in the creation of this MOD, and it would be a waste to leave them deleted, so I just added them.
As you say, I recommend playing 4 and 5 (5.9x Mission Packs) once you have earned enough AP in M2.
Okay, that straightened it out. But when you start a new save file, you have to unlock the missions of the main story to get to the other 30 missions added (older previous updates). So I got it, the new DLC1 5.9x and DLC2 5.9x is the main emphasis of the mod.
But please keep in mind, all your previous work needs to be enjoyed. I'm playing mostly solo and as a completion fanatic (all levels, all missions, etc.). The older missions is too much of a carrot to ignore. I love all your work, so I want to experience it all at all levels. That was not the intent of your mod, I get that, but it is my play style and your mod delivers.
So no complaints in the end for me, nothing but kudos for your excellent mod. I thank you for explaining your intent and targeted audience, but I think regardless of the audience playing, your mod delivers an excellent experience.

Ver2.00にて修正しました。
