To use the mod make sure you have created a custom club in career mode then when choosing a stadium you choose atmosphere then walkout anthem there you can choose sc freiburg because I replaced it with that team. Or you can go to settings, then customize a club, choose stadium, atmosphere and walkout anthem. Good luck...
