Squad file based on 14 Feb. 2025 squad update. The icons and some deleted players are available as free agents with age and stats of their prime. Most older players (30+) adjusted with potential and age of their prime. This mod only adjust the male players.

ABOUT:
This is a squad file I made for myself with career mode in mind. It brings back some players that were removed from current squads, adds all legendary and iconic players and adjusts most older players (including the icons, heroes and brought back players) by adjusting their age and potential to prime years. I sank a lot of time into this project and thought that someone else may have fun with it. Adjustments has been made only to male players.
Due to the changes some of the older players have an unmatched potential now, twisting and turning the most promising players "meta". For example Pepe Reina as 23 yo. has 75 overall and 89 potential with already unlocked playstyle.
I most likely missed some older players, you as fans might want revised, so let me know in the comments whom I missed. I might revise the squad list from time to time, but I won't make any promisses (this mod has been made due to a sickness and too much time which I normally lack).
FEATURES:

F.A.Q. & TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: I added the squad file, but when I try to load it in game, there are no squads available (even squads I made myself).
A: I encountered a bug after TU 9.1 that made loading squad files impossible. I had to delete and create a new game profile to fix that. It might work for you as well.

INSTALLATION:
- Extract the squad file from the ZIP-file you have downloaded and copy it.
- Use key combination "Windows key" + "R". The windows key should be on the left side of your keyboard between "CTRL" and "ALT". If you used the combination correctly, a new window should popup.
- Enter following into text field "%localappdata%\EA SPORTS FC 25\settings" (without quotation marks ") and click on "OK". If everything went fine a new explorer window should popup.
- Paste the squad file in this location.
- In game, open Settings -> Customize -> Profile -> Load Squads and select the squad file (Squad by Guru)
IMPORTANT: Select "Use current squads" when creating a career save!
