-. Take a look at the development plans for your players. You should notice that every single one of them is in a growth stage, regardless of their age. For example, in the original game, a player like Vardy would be in a declining stage, but with my mod, he'll be in a growth stage.
-. Try simulating about 4-5 matches. If you end up losing most of them, some of your players might see their overall ratings decrease. If you really want to be sure, you can play as one of the weakest teams in the English league, like Southampton. Simulate 5 or more league matches with them, and they will very likely lose, causing their overall ratings to go down."

I'm continuing to fine-tune the player growth system with each release. I'm confident that every update brings better balance than the last.
Here's what's new:
- Negotiation Changes (Experimental - Needs Testing!):
- I believe I've made adjustments to negotiation counter-offers. The maximum number of counter-offers might now be 5, and your first offer might be less likely to be immediately rejected.
- Important: I haven't had a chance to thoroughly test these negotiation changes yet, as my main focus has been on refining player growth for this update. I wanted to get the update out to you sooner rather than later.

Since youth tournaments can’t be simulated and need to be played manually, it’s possible to win every match, which can lead to significant boosts. I’ll keep an eye on this area for future tweaks to keep things more realistic.

- Adjusted League Structure: I have removed the dynamic league elements from the previous version. This means that the "big teams" should now consistently remain in the top 6 positions of their respective leagues, and relegation for them is highly unlikely. This change was necessary to ensure the new player growth system functions correctly and provides a stable environment for player development within top clubs.
I've thoroughly tested this new version and I hope it provides you all with a fresh and engaging experience playing FC 25!I'm so incredibly sorry for the long silence and the lack of updates. I know many of you have been patiently waiting, and I owe you a huge explanation and apology.
The truth is, I've had a major setback. My laptop completely died, and unfortunately, the issue is a broken motherboard. This means it's not a simple fix, and replacing it is very expensive – something I simply can't afford right now.
The worst part is that this happened unexpectedly, and everything on my laptop is currently inaccessible. This includes my university thesis work and the finished mod files. I did have backups, but sadly, they are older versions and don't include the significant progress I had made. Honestly, I was so close to finishing or even it already finished– I was really excited about how it was turning out, and I was eager to share it with all of you. Everything that i wanted is working.
To say I'm devastated is an understatement. The thought of potentially losing all that work is heartbreaking. And the idea of starting from scratch, even if I could get a new laptop (which isn't likely anytime soon), is incredibly daunting. I honestly don't know if I have the energy or motivation to rebuild it from the beginning.I am truly, deeply sorry to let you all down. I know this isn't the news you wanted.
In the meantime, you might want to check out other mods like Pio's CM MOD or other as a potential alternative. It's not the same, of course, but it might offer some of the features you were looking forward to.
