      Tools/InitFS on fifa editor, Scripts/UserOptions/Options/Graphics.lua
      
      # Increase Player LOD - 0 = same look as 1080p - 4 = per pixel equality to 1080p - 8 = LODs mostly 1. 12 = all characters at least LOD1, sometimes LOD 0

      ClothSystem.ClientClothForceSkinned false
      # Only have cloth rend side run on max four job cores
      ClothSystem.ClientClothWorldThreadCount 8

      just change the value/ true to false etc

      lower the complexity of the render crowd is possible but just minor impact for fps anyway, and idk how to remove it completely

   can i use this for low setting? 
   i use low spec pc ryzen 3 2200g, rx570, 8gb ram to play in low setting and still experiencing stutter.

      i add one for low setting, it remove clothes physics when cutscenes start, if its still stutter, turn off strand base hair, should be better than original settings
