Fantastic mod thank you :) tip for anybody who's struggling: remember that the strand hair on/off option requires a game restart or it won't take action (the game itself warns you), and that Face mods are not affected by TUs so you can use all of them regardless of when they were made.
In this particular case you don't even need to change head ID because it's a replacement, you'll find Ronaldo with the "new" hairstyle automatically. Hope this helps!
